Local real estate leader RE/MAX North Central is expanding its foothold in the 13-county Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan market with the conversion of former ERA Muske brokerage to RE/MAX Synergy.
The Forest Lake-based company, with several offices in the Twin Cities’ northern metro area since 1939, is beginning its conversion to RE/MAX Synergy immediately.
“We were ready to take our business to the next level, and RE/MAX was the obvious choice,” said broker/owner Mike Muske.
“Our associates are looking forward to bringing the same great customer service and commitment to our clients and are also very excited about having access to the industry’s best training and educational opportunities, marketing materials, and advanced technology tools.”
RE/MAX Synergy associates have a strong mission of helping clients enjoy the personal and financial benefits of real estate ownership, and now their clients can reap the benefits of being associated with a highly visible brand, featuring a strong online presence, national branding campaign, and social media networks. In addition, RE/MAX provides more exposure to client’s listings through remax.com and syndicated listing sites than any other real estate company.
ERA Muske’s conversion to RE/MAX Synergy will increase the RE/MAX brand’s market share in the northern metro. RE/MAX currently holds No. 1 market share in the Twin Cities’ 13-county metro.
RE/MAX Synergy has 35 sales associates in Forest Lake, New Brighton and North Branch, as well as Osceola and River Falls, WI., specializing in residential and commercial real estate. It is affiliated with RE/MAX North Central, the regional body for RE/MAX, the foremost residential real estate company in North America.
This conversion will also bring RE/MAX No. 1 market share to three of the five cities and two counties in which RE/MAX Synergy is located.
“We will bring RE/MAX to the forefront as the real estate leader in Forest Lake,” Muske said. “And having the power of the RE/MAX brand behind us, I know we will continue to make a bold impression in all of our markets.”
