FLHS Class of 77 sets TEFFLA event
The Forest Lake High School class of 1977 is committed to giving back to the community as they celebrate their 35th class reunion on Friday, June 8. Organizers of the class fund-raising event believe reunions are a perfect time to make a commitment and give back to education. They have chosen to support The Education Foundation of the Forest Lake Area with a gift in honor of their 35th reunion. They are hopeful that others from their class will join them – at $35, $350 or $3,500 –or whatever level of giving that is meaningful to them. This event is not limited to one specific class, and they encourage others who want to support education in the Forest Lake area to attend. The class of 1977’s goal is $7700 – representing their graduation year. The reception is free and will take place Friday, June 8, 6-8 p.m. at Vannelli’s by the Lake. For those unable to attend, they can support TEFFLA by visiting www.teffla.org to make a donation online. For more information, contact Linda Madsen, email@example.com, 651-982-8103.
