Local Legion, VFW mark Memorial Day in FL

On a day of remembrance across the nation, Forest Lake also marked Memorial Day with ceremonies on Monday. The day opened with a service held by American Legion Post 225 and VFW Post 4210 at Lakeside Memorial Park. "Twins Platoon" author Christy W. Sauro served as keynote speaker.
