Ranger 9 survive section elimination game
The Forest Lake baseball team won its must-win contest with Chisago Lakes on Thursday. The host Rangers prevailed 3-1, ending the year for the Wildcats. Forest Lake, the third seed in Section 7AAA, advances to the round of four double-elimination bracket. They will be home for a 1 p.m. game on Saturday. The next round follows at 4 p.m. The tourney will continue next Monday and Tuesday in Forest Lake and at Chisago Lakes.
