Brewers open Section 2 playoffs Saturday
The Forest Lake Brewers will open the playoffs at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Schumacher Field. The local townball team will face the winner of today’s game pitting sixth-seeded St. Francis and third-seeded Anoka. Forest Lake is the No. 2 seed in the six-team section.
A win would give the Crew a bye until Saturday, Aug. 11. A loss would bring an elimination game at 2 p.m. this Sunday.
