The Forest Lake 16U fastpitch softball team went 35-12-4 this summer. The Rangers won tournaments in Eagan and Forest Lake and took third in Sioux Falls, SD.

In the playoffs, they finished in the top eight in the State 16A Tournament held in Elk River and in the top 12 in the NAFA National Tournament held in Shoreview.

“I had a great bunch of girls who worked very hard and improved a great deal over the summer,” said coach Dave Alto. “The Forest Lake softball program is one of the best programs in the state and it has been my pleasure to be a part of this.”
