Three kids in Forest Lake got in on the act of helping raise funds for The Education Foundation of the Forest Lake Area last week. When three young people decided they wanted to help their community in some way, they elected to sell lemonade. Taking part in the sales effort were Carley Martens, Bradley Bordenave and Marcus Morehead. After two hours of hawking lemonade, they raised $9.16 for TEFFLA. “Giving back to the community is good at any age and large or small donations, they all add up,” said Karen Morehead, a member of the TEFFLA board and grandmother to Marcus Morehead.
