Theodore S. Montean
Theodore S. “Ted” Montean, 86, Forest Lake died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
He was a US Army Ranger veteran.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 26, at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Dr., Forest Lake. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Dr., Forest Lake.
Interment will be at Scandinavian Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Denise (Greg) Schmidt, Matthew (Anna), Eric, Kari Montean; grandchildren, Aimee, Shannon, Cheri, Joe, Andy, Nick; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Rosalie “Ro” Johnson, Samuel (Pat) Montean.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Elsie; wife, Marian; grandson, Shawn Schmidt; siblings, George, Marie, Virginia.
Memorials are preferred to the family and may be sent in care of Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Dr., Forest Lake, MN 55025.
