Bunn leads Housley narrowly in Senate District 39
Julie Bunn (DFL-Lake Elmo) holds a 2.5 percent lead over Karin Housley (R-St. Mary’s Point) with 26 of 33 precincts reporting in State Senate District 39. Bunn has garnered 17,339 votes to Housley’s 16,456.
Housley carried Precincts 2 and 4 in Forest Lake, while Bunn held a narrow advantage in Precinct 1. Housley took Scandia by only 17 votes.
