Miron reception set for Dec. 17
Outgoing Mayor Fran Miron will end his 20-year run in the City of Hugo’s government this month as he prepares to take a seat on the Washington County Board of Commissioners in January.
But not before his city thanks him for his service.
Miron, a Hugo farmer, will be recognized at the beginning of his final meeting, at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17. A reception will follow the meeting.
Miron unseated longtime District 1 Commissioner Dennis Hegberg in last month’s election.
