Family Pathways drive set for Saturday

For 20 years, Family Pathways has sold clothing and household items at its thrift stores to help fund its food shelves and programs. During the first six months of 2013, Family Pathways distributed 43 percent more food than in that same period in 2012. In response to the increased demand, Family Pathways will conduct a clothing drive from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, at its Forest Lake thrift store. The goal is to fill at least one semi trailer with clothes so that the food shelves, in turn, can be restocked.
