This sale is directed by, and will be made pursuant to, the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment, Judgment and Decree entered in the above-entitled action on November 8, 2012 in order to satisfy the judgment found due and owing to Plaintiff Nationstar Mortgage LLC. A certified copy of the Judgment and Decree, describing the real property to be sold, has been delivered to the Washington County Sheriffs Office and is attached.
