The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the request of Grace Evangelical Free Church for an amendment to their Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of the church into an adjacent 2,880 square foot space. The property subject to the public hearing is known as 26689 Faxton Avenue, Wyoming, has a property identification number of R21.00031.00 and is legally described as follows:
Section 19, Township 33, Range 21. That part of the south half of the northeast quarter described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of section 19 with the northerly right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Avenue, thence west assumed bearing along the northerly right-of-way line 668 feet thence southerly 421 feet; thence east 300 feet to the point of beginning; thence southerly 155 feet, thence east 222 feet, more or less, to the westerly right-of-way line Faxton Avenue, thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Faxton Avenue 155 feet more or less to the intersection with a line bearing east from the point of beginning, thence west 222 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
