Richard can be remembered for his great sense of humor, the love he had for his grandkids and family, his strong will to live, being so humble and never complaining and just being one of the best humans to ever be on this earth.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16 and continuing from 9-10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 at The Church of St. Peter, 1250 South Shore Dr., Forest Lake. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow the mass.
He will be deeply missed by his daughter and son-in-law, Faith and Ben Schaal, and their children, Ryan, Piper and Moxy; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Robin Supan; son, Richard Supan, Jr.; mother, Marie Supan; sisters, Denise (John) Jost and Nancy Heinen; brothers, Mark (Amy) Supan and Billy (Susie) Supan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Renee Supan; daughters, Heather Supan and Mary Supan; father, August Supan; brother, Joel Supan.
