In Relation to Certificate of Title No. 59143 issued for land in the County of Washington and State of Minnesota and legally described as:
Lot Six (6), Block One (1), VALLEY VIEW ESTATES 3RD ADDITION, COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NO. 91.
TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY: HERBERT L. BERGER, IRENE M. BERGER AND THE PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF SAID PREMISES, IF ANY.
IT IS ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 16th day of June, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. at the Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Minnesota, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, That the Registrar of Titles of Washington County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 59143 and enter a new Certificate of Title for land therein described in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., free of all memorials except Document Nos. 1053490 and 1053491, and free of the memorial of any Order entered herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above-named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address; (c) upon any of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this order by First Class mail to each of such parties to his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Title if his/her address is so stated.
Entry of this Order to Show Cause is recommended.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the entry of the above described order.
