Reiner joins Minnesota bar


Jonathan Reiner was sworn into the Minnesota Bar on July 9 at the Judiciary Center in St. Paul.

Reiner graduated from Forest Lake High School in 2006, St. Thomas University in 2010 and the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. He passed the bar last year and practices at Cummins & Cummins in Minneapolis.

Reiner was editor-in-chief of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law as well as student director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School.

He also spent a summer as a Peggy Browning Fellow at the AFL-CIO General Counsel’s Office in Washington, DC.

He has clerked for the Operating Engineers Local 49, the Fair Contracting Foundation of Minnesota and the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.

At Cummins & Cummins, Reiner represents labor unions and individual workers in both litigation and strategic counseling matters.
