The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the request of Richard Nordby for a variance from City Code Sec. 40 205, (4), (a), to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling 90.6 feet from the centerline of County Road 22 / Wyoming Trail instead of the required 135 feet.
