THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs attorney an answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Washington described as the North 1/2 of Lots 15, 16, 17 18 and 19, Block 4, Walker and Goodines Addition to the Village of Forest Lake, Washington County, State of Minnesota,
The object of this action is to seek a Court Order as follows:
1. To obtain a judgment that plaintiffs are owners in fee of the above-described property and that the defendants have no right, title estate, interest or lien in or upon the said real estate.
2. For such further relief as the Court deems just and equitable.
As required by Minn. Stat. 543.22, you are also hereby notified that Rule 114 of the General Rules of Practice for District Courts provides that all civil cases are subject to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes. The parties are advised to make a diligent effort to undertake some form of alternative dispute resolution (i.e., mediation, arbitration, moderated settlement conference, summary jury trial, mini-trial, early neutral evaluation) in an effort to resolve this matter.
