vs.

Bay-Lan Investment, Inc., a Minnesota corporation; First State Bank of Wyoming; Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, d/b/a Xcel Energy; City of Hugo; Washington County; Johnson Wholesale Florist, Inc., a Minnesota corporation; Western Bank; Lake Area Bank; Qwest Corporation;

also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Petition herein,

Respondents.

TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENTS:

You are hereby notified that on June 3, 2016, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, before Judge John R. McBride, in the Washington County Government Center at 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, the Metropolitan Council will present to the court the Petition now on file for temporary easements for construction and access purposes. A copy of the Petition is attached as Exhibit A.

YOU, ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED, that at the above time and place, the Metropolitan Council will also move the court for an order under Minnesota Statutes Section 117.042 transferring title and possession of the property described in the Petition to the Council when the Council deposits its approved appraisal amount with the court. If the order is granted, the Council will take title and possession to the Property on or after July 1, 2016.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED, that all persons occupying the property subject to the temporary easements described in the Petition must VACATE THE PROPERTY AND MOVE ALL OF THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY FROM THE PROPERTY BY July 1, 2016. All advertising signs or devices located on the property subject to the temporary easements must be removed by July 1, 2016.
