In Relation to Certificate of Title No. 61170 issued for land in the County of Washington and State of Minnesota legally described as:

Lot Twenty-three (23) and the North Thirty-three (33) feet of Lot Twenty-four (24) in Melquists North Shore

TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY:

Parties to be served: Rob L. Shutan, as Trustee for the Borgmann Family Trust, Robert Reinsch, Anne S. Reinsch, The Borgmann Family Trust, Marc Hoffman as Trustee for the Borgmann Family Trust and all occupants of the subject premises.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 16th day of May, 2016, at 9:00am in Washington County Government Center, 14949 61st St. N., P.O. Box 3802, Stillwater, MN 55082-3802, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order:

That the Registrar of Titles of Washington County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, Court File No. 82-CV-15-5858, cancel Certificate of Title No. 61170 and enter a new certificate for the land therein described in favor of The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS Master Trust, Revolving Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2004-J, free from all memorials now appearing on said Certificate of Title up to and including document number 1238558, except document number 1143619 and reserving to the said State of Minnesota, in trust for the taxing districts concerned, all mineral rights, as provided by law.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served:

(a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action;

(b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this State by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his/her post office address;

(c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Titles if his/her address is so stated.

(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. 5.25. (Note: return date on Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after date of mailing by the Secretary of State.)
