Caring in action
I believe that this in an example of why we wanted to keep our police force. It’s a hot summer day, enterprising children are opening up lemonade stands, and a wonderful Forest Lake police officer stops his car, walks over to them, chats, and buys a cup of that lemonade, showing the kids and me how tenderhearted and caring our officers are to our children and community. It brings to mind a saying a remember: “Nothing is so strong as a gentle man.”
Thank you, officer, I loved seeing you care.
