In the Matter of the Application of Heather Leigh Thorpe Mundis and Barbara Ann Mundis to register the title to the following described real estate situated in Washington County, Minnesota, namely: See attached Exhibits A.
Roger L. Oberg, Trustee of the Roger L. Oberg Living Trust dated March 24, 2005, Gregory L. Cardinal, Maiy Cardinal Peterson, State of Minnesota; also all heirs and devisees of any of the above named persons who are deceased; and all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Application or amendments herein.
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Application of the Applicant(s) in the above entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said Application in the office of the Court Administrator in said County, within 20 days after service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Application within the time aforesaid, the Applicants) in this proceeding will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
All that part of Government Lot 6, Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 21 West described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Government Lot 6; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 12 minutes 06 seconds East along the east line of said Government Lot 6, a distance of 211.61 feet; thence North 49 degrees 47 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 321.00 feet to a 3/4 inch rebar and to the point of beginning of the parcel of land to be described; thence continuing North 49 degrees 47 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 99.30 feet to a Judicial Landmark; thence North 24 degrees 40 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 135.99 feet to a Judicial Landmark; thence continuing North 24 degrees 40 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 14 feet more or less to the shoreline of Clear Lake; thence southeasterly along said shoreline to its Intersection with a line drawn North 24 degrees 31 minutes 53 seconds East from said point of beginning; thence South 24 degrees 31 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 13 feet more or less to a 3/4 inch rebar; thence continuing South 24 degrees 31 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 133.05 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with an easement for road way purposes across that part of said Government Lot 6, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Government Lot 6; thence 359 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds azimuth from North, along the east line of said Government Lot 6, a distance of 211.61 feet; thence 309 degrees 23 minutes 03 seconds, 918.79 feet; thence 304 degrees 13 minutes 09 seconds , 270.16 feet; thence 302 degrees 00 minutes 13 seconds, 200.11 feet; thence 282 degrees 33 minutes 31 seconds, 194.21 feet; thence 179 degrees 59 minutes 33 seconds, 41.26 feet; thence 102 degrees 33 minutes 31 seconds, 180.18 feet; thence 122 degrees 00 minutes 17 seconds, 196.61 feet; thence 124 degrees 13 minutes 13 seconds, 270.13 feet; thence 129 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds, 888.86 feet; thence 179 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds, 195.01 feet to a point on the south line of said Government Lot 6, distant 40 feet west of said southeast corner of Government Lot 6; thence 88 degrees 57 minutes 13 seconds, along said south line, a distance of 40 feet to the point of beginning.
