Larry Underkoffler is an art teacher at Southwest Junior High. He’s also a coach, Vietnam veteran and former Boy Scout camp director. Now his work appears in a children’s book. “Piko, the Dog With No Tail” was written with his friend Tom Gillaspy as author and Underkoffler as illustrator.
Because school was canceled April 4, the Ranger Review talent show will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 12 in the Forest Lake High School auditorium. ISD 831 staff will perform songs and skits to celebrate 40 years of Community Education and to raise money for preschool scholarships.
