Jeanette L. Houle, 81, Hamel, formerly of Lino Lakes and Forest Lake, died Monday, May 5, 2008.
A funeral service was Saturday, May 10 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake, with interment at Wyoming United Methodist Cemetery, Wyoming.
She is survived by her children; Rita (Philip) Kramer, Joe (Rachel Scarbrough), Vicki (Eric) Vevea; grandchildren, Nicolet, Gabrielle and Isabelle Vevea; sister, Lenore (Norb) Koch; brothers Roy (Lavonne) Leroux, and Jean Leroux; brother-in-law, Robert Crews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Joseph and Mary Louisa Leroux; one sister, Rita Crews.

Josephine “Josie” Kettunen, 79, Forest Lake, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at her home.
A memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 17 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
She is survived by her brother, Ray Schewe of Wausau, WI and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul and one brother, Arthur Schewe.

Richard M. “Rick” Olson, 53, Ham Lake, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, after a struggle with lung cancer.
A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, May 16, at Maranatha Assembly of God, 24799 Forest Blvd., Forest Lake. Visitation will take place 5-8 p.m., Thursday, May 15 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, and will continue at the church one hour prior to the funeral on Friday
Interment will be at Wyoming United Methodist Cemetery, Wyoming.
He is survived by his wife, Deanna “Dee”; children, Celeste (Robert) Schuppler, Cassandra Okimosh, Dillon Okimosh, Michael Olson, Dorothea Olson; honorary daughter, Jaime Engvall; granddaughter, Cynthia Schuppler; brothers, James (Priscilla), Robert (Wendy), David (Denise); nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins; and his church family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Margaret; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret Mary and Ray Falk.

Lorrene Elizabeth Rasmussen, 90, Forest Lake, formerly of Burnsville, Minneapolis and Coon Lake, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008.
A celebration of her life was Tuesday, May 13 at Parmly LifePointes Chapel, Chisago City, with interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter Linda (David) Neudecker; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Cindy Rasmussen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A.; son, Robert J.; mother, Elizabeth Victor.

Richard McCoy, 68, Scandia, died Friday, May 2, 2008.
A celebration of his life will take place at 7 p.m., Thursday, May 8 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
He is survived by his children Paige McCoy, Scott (Carin) McCoy; grandchildren, Andrea and Shannon McCoy; siblings, Dave (Pat) McCoy, Margaret McCoy Birch and Kathy McCoy Norton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Bertha (Dezutter) McCoy; and one brother, Walter McCoy.

Mildred “Milly” Erickson, 94, Scandia, died Thursday, May 1, 2008.
A funeral service was Saturday, May 3 at Elim Lutheran Church, Scandia, with interment at the Elim Lutheran Church Cemetery.
She is survived by three children, Carol (Jim) Moody, Janet Thompson, Dennis Erickson; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; sister, Gwen Nelson; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; son, Wayne; one great-granddaughter; 12 siblings; and one son in law, Marlin Thompson.
Memorials are preferred to the family.

Carl “Jim” Collen, 73, Coon Lake, died Sunday, April 27, 2008.
A funeral service was Wednesday, April 30 at Mattson Funeral Home, Forest Lake. A private family interment was planned.
He is survived by his sisters, Irene (Mylo) Lundquist, Marlene and Janet Collen; brother, Richard; brother-in-law, Lou Saenger; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters Gertrude, Ethel, Dorothy and Marie; brothers, Stan, Ray and Les.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or the donor’s choice.
