The official Forest Lake High School gymnastics season won't open for months, but athletes who will compete for the team next winter were busy as good be in Wyoming on Saturday at Ace Hardware in Wyoming. The athletes, along with several parents, operated a car wash as a fund-raiser to help support the program. Taylor Brett, an incoming junior, left, did a handstand on the shoulder of US-61 to help draw in business while sophomore teammate Klara Manning held a sign advertising the event. The team is planning additional fund-raisers this summer.
