Princess Kay events slated in area

The Hugo Festival Foods store will welcome Princess Kay of the Milky Way, Ann Miron of Hugo, and royalty for the 2008-2009 competition on Thursday, July 3. The dairy contingent will appear from 4-6 p.m. at the Festival Food store at 14775 Victor Hugo Blvd., just east of the I-35E exit at CR-14. This will be a free family fun event with balloons for the kids, dairy recipes, and milk samples compliments of Autumnwood Farm in Forest Lake. The Princess and candidates will be available to talk about the dairy industry in Minnesota and the Minnesota State Fair. The contingent, led by Princess Kay, will also appear in the Forest Lake Fourth of July parade on Friday.
