A 30-minute fireworks display over First Lake in Forest Lake on Friday night was a perfect conclusion to another successful Fourth of July celebration in Forest Lake.

Thousands jammed the streets and city parks to watch the display. The American Legion Post 225 celebration ends on Saturday night. A huge crowd was on hand for the Fourth of July parade earlier in the day on Friday.
