Elvis is back! At least for one night at Lakeside Memorial Park in Forest Lake.. It’s true! Elvis will be at Lakeside Park in the city’s downtown at 7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 28 for a free performance you’ll not soon forget. Steve Marcio, “Contest of Kings” champion and first place winner of the “Ultimate Elvis Contest” will perform some of the greatest and most famous Elvis hits in his vibrant tribute to the amazing rock’n roll legend. This free, end-of-summer concert is presented by Lakewoods Chiropractic of Forest Lake in appreciation of patients, families, friends and community. Thousands have been to Marcio’s magnificent performances, saying it seemed as though Elvis himself was singing. For the concert on August 28, a variety of local venders will be on hand to visit with the public, including some offering really delicious treats.
