LABA Candidate Forum set Oct. 23

The Lakes Area Business Association will conduct a candidate forum for mayoral and city council candidates in Forest Lake on Thursday, Oct. 23. The event will be hosted at VFW Post 4210, 556 SW 12th St. The mayoral forum will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and the city council forum will be from 7:45 to 9:30 p.m. Both forums will be moderated by David Engelking, a Forest Lake certified public accountant. The Lakes Area Business Association is a local organization that has been in the Forest Lake area for the past 14 years. Questions from the audience will be taken during both sessions.
