Victims of fatal head-on crash named |

The victims of Wednesday night's fatal two-car head-on collision have now been named. The Minnesota State Patrol on Thursday said the collision on US-61 at 190th St. N. in Forest Lake claimed the lives of Roy M. Hobbs, 47, of Hugo, and Barbara A. Manning, 43, of 6390 N. 184th St., Forest Lake. The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened at 9:21 p.m. when a northbound 2003 Honda Accord driven by Manning crossed over the center line striking head-on a southbound 1995 Chevrolet Lumina driven by Hobbs. The two drivers, who were both alone in their vehicles, were killed instantly.
