In February, Lakewoods Chiropractic Clinic, 255 Highway 97 in Forest Lake will host Body By God, a 40-day Wellness Campaign and Extreme Makeover Challenge. Dr. Jason Gerard, D.C., is hosting the challenge to help individuals making real and lasting progress on a daily basis in the areas of nutrition, exercise, spiritual fitness, stress and time management. The challenge consists of two workshops, two-hour each. They are planned on Feb. 2 and Feb. 9 from 2-4 p.m. or Feb. 5 and Feb. 12 from 7:30-9:30 p.m..
