Music stops for dance team |

 Forest Lake's dancing season came to a close last weekend at the Section 3AAA tournament, when the girls took seventh place in kick and 10th in jazz. But the news wasn't all bad.
The dance team did pick up Academic All-State Honors, with a combined varsity GPA of 3.46. All but two of the 21 varsity dancers earned either Distinguished Honors (3.6 GPA or higher) or Outstanding Honors (3.00-3.59).
