A benefit dinner for Sheri Osterloh Barnier will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Forest Lake American Legion.
The event will include a spaghetti supper, silent auction, kids games
and drawings. The cost is $12 for adults and $6 for children under 12
years old.
Osterloh Barnier retired in 2003 due to her health. She has been
diagnosed with Lumbar Disc herniation, an enlarged heart, memory
loss/impairment and severe Fibromyalgia. A chronic condition affecting
only 2 percent of the United States population, Fibromyalgia causes
pain, stiffness and tenderness of the muscles, tendons and joints.
Injuries that Osterloh Barnier sustained in a 2003 car accident also
sped up the process of her Fibromyalgia. She is now disabled and
confined to a motorized wheelchair.
Donations can be sent to “Sheri Barnier Benefit” C/O TCF Bank, 1186 W. Broadway, Forest Lake, MN 55025.
