Police ticket snowmobile rider on city sidewalk at 3 a.m. |

A 17-year-old Forest Lake youth was handed an administrative ticket early Wednesday morning after she was stopped on her snowmobile on a city sidewalk. Police stopped the youth in the 400 block of W. Broadway Avenue at 3 a.m. after she was observed operating a snowmobile on a city sidewalk. She was given a ticket for after-hours operation of a snowmobile. The youth was instructed to find another mode of transportation. The youth lives in tzhe 22000 block of Iverson Ave. N. She was released at the scene.
