Relay For Life kicks-off April 21 |

Volunteers throughout the state are organizing Relay For Life events to salute cancer survivors (anyone who has ever been diagnosed with cancer) and to remember loved-ones who have lost their fight against cancer.
On Monday, April 21, Relay For Life will kick-off its fifteenth annual fund raising season.
The kick-off will be held at Hosanna Lutheran Church of Forest Lake, starting at 6:30 p.m. for new team captains and people interested in learning more about relay.
Returning team captains and community members will meet at 7 p.m.. At that time, they will unveil the 2008 Relay plans and send teams out to raise money to defeat cancer.
Relay For Life is a fun family event that allows every member of the community to work toward a cancer-free world.
Relay For Life raises community awareness as well as funds for the American Cancer Society’s patient services, research, advocacy and community education.
Lace up your athletic shoes and help support the fight against cancer during the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, to be held August 1st at Forest Lake High School. Each team, comprised of as many as 15 people, walk relay-style during the twelve-hour event.
Forest Lake Relay is one of the top events in Minnesota. Forest Lake has the top fund raising team in the state and the number two individual fund raiser in the nation.
