Here's to you! That's what Princess Kay of the Milky Way, Ann Miron of Hugo, may be saying during her visit to the Forest Lake High School Agriculture Department open house on Friday. Miron, who is a Forest Lake High School graduate, was on hand to help promote the dairy industry in Minnesota. And she did so with a toast — a toast of milk from the new creamery at Autumnwood Farm in Forest Lake. Princess Kay, center, was joined by two of the Washington County Dairy Princesses, Katie Miron, left, (Ann's sister) and Erin Daninger, right. Daninger is from the Daninger family dairy farm that has launched the new creamery business that is offering milk direct from the farm to consumers in glass bottles. The milk is being sold at a number of local retail outlets, including MarketPlace Foods in Forest Lake.
