Incumbent State Rep. Bob Barrett (R-Lindstrom) held off former State Sen. Rick Olseen (DFL-Sunrise Township) in a very tight race in District 32B. Barrett earned 10,644 votes, or 50.87 percent. Olseen saw 10,251 ballots cast for him. Barrett, a former analyst, will serve a second two-year term.
