Scandia Elementary

Children’s author David LaRochelle visited Scandia Elementary on Tuesday, Nov. 26.  LaRochelle, author of “The Best Pet Ever,” “The Haunted Hamburger” and “A Christmas Guest,” is a winner in the Minnesota Book Awards competition. He lives in White Bear Lake.
