The Hardwood Creek Library hosted a seed packing event on Friday, April 12 to prepare for the opening of its seed library on Saturday, April 20. The seed library is a new initiative that allows area residents to take up to five seed packets from the library for free. Interested individuals don’t need to be card holders to use this service. Seed availability will rely on what is donated to the seed library so borrowers may not get the plant they’re seeking.
