A Forest Lake man has been found not guilty in a fatal hit-and-run accident that killed a 51-year-old St. Paul woman in Wyoming. On June 22, now 38-year-old Mark Wiosky and the woman allegedly had been arguing when, according to the criminal complaint, Wiosky drove off when the woman was struck by his vehicle. After the incident that happened at roughly 10:30 p.m., Wiosky drove off and law enforcement began a search. Wiosky allegedly called law enforcement the next morning to turn himself in. 

Wiosky was charged with third-degree murder, two counts of criminal vehicular homicide, and criminal negligence.
